The Saint Lucian passport is strongest in Europe, Asia and Latin America: Schengen, Cyprus, Moldova, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Uzbekistan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Kenya, Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Panama and the Dominican Republic are visa-free. Turkey, the Maldives, Jordan and Egypt give a visa on arrival or an e-visa, and Russia, Georgia, Thailand, Vietnam, India and the UAE an e-visa. Its weak spots are the UK, Ireland, the USA, Canada, China, Japan, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, which require a visa in advance.

Schengen, the UK, the USA and Canada
Schengen. Saint Lucian citizens enter the Schengen area without a visa for up to 90 days in any 180, without the right to work. Once the European travel authorisation launches, it will have to be obtained online before the trip.
UK and Ireland. Both require a visa in advance: the UK visa is applied for online with biometrics at a visa centre.
USA. Saint Lucia is not in the US Visa Waiver Program, so a tourist or business visa is required.
Canada. A visa is required, applied for at a visa centre with biometrics.
Russia and China. Russia is entered on an e-visa; China requires a regular visa.
What else a Saint Lucian passport gives
Life in the Eastern Caribbean union. A Saint Lucian citizen can live and work in Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, Saint Kitts and Nevis and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines without a residence or work permit.
Dual citizenship. When granting citizenship by investment Saint Lucia does not require you to give up your previous passport.
Family. The application can include the main applicant's spouse, children and parents, and children born after citizenship is granted are registered separately.

How to get a Saint Lucian passport
A Saint Lucian passport is obtained by investment: a contribution to the national economic fund from $240,000, or an investment in approved real estate, government bonds or a project. The process is remote: no residence, interview trip or exams are required. Applications go through a licensed agent, and applicants are checked by international due diligence firms.
There are citizenship restrictions: since 15 February 2023 Saint Lucia has suspended applications from Russian and Belarusian citizens.

A contribution from $240,000 with no trips, but not for every citizenship
You cannot apply for Saint Lucian citizenship on your own: applications are accepted only through a licensed agent. But even with an agent, mistakes cost more than the contribution: a source of funds without documents, a project not on the approved list, a family member who does not qualify by age or dependency, and a citizenship from which applications are suspended.
