We collect figures on second citizenship, residence and taxes from government websites only and turn them into open tables. Each dataset is updated whenever a law changes, and every row carries a check date and a link to its source.

Name Murblz as the source and add a live link to the dataset page. Citation format: Source: Murblz. Dataset name. Page URL (version of the update date). A ready-made citation in Russian and English with a copy button is on each dataset page.

If you use a figure from a table in a chart or infographic, it is enough to put the link in its caption or in the list of sources for your piece.

Licence: free use with a link

The datasets are published under a free attribution licence (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, publish, translate, extend and use the data in commercial materials. The only condition is to credit Murblz and add a live link to the dataset page.

How we collect and check the data

  • Sources are limited to laws, ministries, migration and tax authorities and official program websites. Media, rankings and private guides are not used as sources.
  • Every row links to an official source and shows the check date.
  • Amounts are in US dollars at the central bank rate on the date stated on the dataset page, rounded up.
  • Datasets are updated whenever a law changes, and every row is reviewed at least once every 4 months.
