How long does licensing take?

From several months to a year or more. The regulator asks questions in rounds, and every delay on your side pushes the timeline. Money does not speed it up.

Can I buy a ready-made licensed company?

Such deals exist, but the regulator still vets the new beneficial owner and can refuse approval. A ready licence does not remove compliance, and the risk of hidden liabilities is higher.

What is substance and why does it matter?

Real presence: an office, staff, local management and spending in the jurisdiction. Without it a licence will not be granted or will be revoked, and banks will decline the account.

Do you guarantee the licence?

No. The regulator decides. We assess your project honestly before we start and say plainly if we think the application will fail.
