Personal Income Tax: 10%

An individual is considered a tax resident of Paraguay if they spend more than 120 days in the country within a year.


Corporate Income Tax: 10%


VAT: 10%


Labor Income: 10%


Capital Gains: 10%


Dividend Income:

50% of the income received as dividends, profits, and any other result that can be obtained as shareholders or partners of companies included in the system of tax on profits from commercial, manufacturing, or service activities (ITCMSA), tax on profits from the sale of livestock in the domestic market (ITDMC), and tax on profits from agricultural activities, is subject to Personal Income Tax.


Additionally, any other incomes received from a Paraguayan source are taxed, provided that these incomes exceed 30 times the minimum monthly wages.
