Business accounts: Kyrgyzstan

An honest assessment before work starts, the quote is fixed in writing.

We assess your chances against your profile, prepare the compliance file, help you present your source of funds properly and handle communication with the bank until it decides. The final decision always rests with the bank, and careful preparation improves the odds.

We quote the exact cost for this country after a short consultation: it depends on the bank and your residency. The quote is fixed in writing before work starts.

What we do

  • We register the company and choose the regime: general, single tax or the High Technology Park.
  • We prepare the bank pack with translations.
  • We set up reporting so the first report does not draw a fine.

The High Technology Park: conditions

A park resident pays no corporate tax, sales tax or VAT indefinitely, and its employees pay 5% income tax. In return the company pays the park 1% of revenue quarterly, works only cashless and earns at least 90% of income from its core activity, mainly software for foreign clients.
