UAE - audit and accounting

Open pricing. The final quote is fixed in writing before work starts.

Accounting, filings and tax support for UAE companies. Since the introduction of corporate tax and VAT, bookkeeping and reporting requirements in the Emirates have grown considerably, and they extend to free zone companies as well. This service is for owners of UAE companies who want to stay compliant without penalties and to understand their tax position.

We maintain the books on an ongoing basis, prepare nil accounts for companies with no activity, and work at an hourly rate for active ones. We register companies for VAT and file VAT returns, and provide tax consulting tailored to your structure. Scope and cost are agreed upfront, based on the number of transactions and the state of your documents.

  • VAT returns are usually quarterly, by the 28th of the month after the period.

Late corporate tax registration - a penalty of about $2,800

The law does not stop you handling a UAE company's accounts on your own. But mistakes cost more than the penalties: a free zone company that loses the zero rate because of wrong reporting, a missed corporate tax or VAT registration, a late return and an audit the zone requires to renew the licence. Murblz specialists register the company with the tax authority, keep the books, prepare the returns and arrange the audit with an approved auditor. We guarantee professional work and a transparent process.

The cost depends on the company's turnover and whether an audit is needed; package prices are in the table on the page, and a manager will calculate the total in the chat.
