We help families, entrepreneurs and investors secure second citizenship, residence permits, tax residency, companies, bank accounts and property abroad. Since 2008 we have resolved more than 4,000 client cases, and we work only through official government programs.
We build our own technology: a multilingual client platform, an in-house CRM and the tools our experts use every day. So a client in São Paulo, Dubai or Tokyo gets the same fast, precise service. The role
Murblz builds its own technology: a multilingual client platform, an in-house CRM, a fast website in many languages and the tools our experts use every day. As VP of engineering, you'll lead the engineering team and the platform through the next stage of growth.
What you'll do
- Own the engineering strategy, architecture and roadmap together with product
- Lead and grow teams across frontend, backend, data, reliability, security and quality
- Keep the platform fast, secure and reliable as traffic, markets and teams grow
- Set engineering standards: code review, testing, releases and incident response
- Hire engineering managers and senior engineers around the world
- Report progress, risks and priorities to the CEO
What you'll bring
- 12+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years leading engineering teams
- Experience scaling a web product with international users and many languages
- Deep knowledge of modern web architecture, TypeScript and cloud or serverless platforms
- Strong judgment on security, privacy and reliability
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Experience with CRM, marketplace or client service platforms
- Experience leading distributed teams across many time zones

Compensation
Competitive base salary, based on experience, skills and location. Our HR team will share the pay range for your location on the first call.
Location
This role is based in our office in the US (Austin, TX). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor employment visas for this role.
English is our working language: fluent English (C1 or higher) is required for every role at Murblz.
