The role
Latin America offers some of the most accessible residency and citizenship routes in the world. As our counsel for the region, you'll guide clients through programs in Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Mexico and Panama.
What you'll do
- Advise clients on temporary and permanent residence, investor and retiree routes and naturalization in the region
- Prepare and review applications and supporting documents, including legalization and translation
- Work with local lawyers, notaries, migration offices and banks
- Support company formation, bank accounts and property purchases together with our corporate and real estate counsel
- Track rule changes and keep our program materials accurate
What you'll bring
- A law degree and 4+ years of immigration or private client practice in Latin America
- Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus
- Hands-on experience with migration offices in at least two countries of the region
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Experience with clients from Europe, the US or Asia
- Knowledge of tax residency rules in the region

Compensation
Competitive base salary, based on experience, skills and location. Our HR team will share the pay range for your location on the first call.
Location
This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Paraguay, Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay, Mexico, Panama, Colombia and Chile. You must be legally able to work from your country of residence.
English is our working language: fluent English (C1 or higher) is required for every role at Murblz.
