We help families, entrepreneurs and investors secure second citizenship, residence permits, tax residency, companies, bank accounts and property abroad. Since 2008 we have resolved more than 4,000 client cases, and we work only through official government programs.
We build our own technology: a multilingual client platform, an in-house CRM and the tools our experts use every day. So a client in São Paulo, Dubai or Tokyo gets the same fast, precise service. The role
We're scaling a remote team across many countries, languages and time zones. As HR generalist, you'll make sure every new teammate is onboarded fast, paid right and supported from day one.
What you'll do
- Run onboarding and offboarding for employees and contractors in many countries
- Keep HR records, contracts and policies accurate and up to date
- Work with payroll and employer-of-record providers on pay, benefits and leave
- Be the first point of contact for team questions on HR policies and benefits
- Support our head of people on performance reviews, engagement and HR reporting
Your first 90 days
- Onboard your first new teammates end to end, in several countries
- Review HR records and contracts and close every gap
- Launch an HR guide that answers the team's most common questions
What you'll bring
- 3+ years as an HR generalist or in HR operations
- Experience with remote or international teams
- Knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance
- Clear communication and discretion with confidential information
Nice to have
- Experience with HR information systems and employer-of-record providers

Compensation
Competitive base salary, based on experience, skills and location. Our HR team will share the pay range for your location on the first call.
Location
This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide, except countries and regions under international sanctions. You must be legally able to work from your country of residence.
English is our working language: fluent English (C1 or higher) is required for every role at Murblz.
