The role
We are scaling paid acquisition across many countries and languages at once. As head of performance marketing, you'll own paid media globally and turn every dollar into qualified conversations with our experts.
What you'll do
- Own the paid media strategy, budget and targets for leads, cost per engagement and revenue
- Lead performance managers for Google and Microsoft Ads, Meta and TikTok, LinkedIn and programmatic, and Asian platforms
- Plan market launches with the right channels, budgets and creative for each country
- Work with marketing analytics on tracking, attribution and incrementality tests
- Work with design and video on a steady flow of creative tests
- Report results and budget plans to the VP of marketing every week
What you'll bring
- 8+ years in performance marketing, including 3+ years leading teams and budgets across several countries
- Deep command of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic buying
- Strong analytical skills and a clear view of unit economics
- Experience marketing high-value services with long decision cycles

Compensation
Competitive base salary, based on experience, skills and location. Our HR team will share the pay range for your location on the first call.
Location
You can work from our office in the US (Austin, TX) or remotely from anywhere in the United States. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor employment visas for this role.
English is our working language: fluent English (C1 or higher) is required for every role at Murblz.
