Since 2008 we have resolved more than 4,000 client cases, and we work only through official government programs.
We build our own technology: a multilingual client platform, an in-house CRM and the tools our experts use every day. So a client in São Paulo, Dubai or Tokyo gets the same fast, precise service. The role
Every Murblz case is a project with deadlines, documents, government appointments and several experts. As head of client operations, you'll lead the coordinators and case managers who deliver every engagement on time, in every time zone.
What you'll do
- Lead case coordinators and case managers across 10 time zones
- Own delivery metrics: time to submission, time to approval, document quality and client satisfaction
- Design case workflows, checklists and handoffs between sales, legal and operations
- Work with engineering and product on our CRM and client platform
- Manage partners and vendors: translators, notaries, couriers and local agents
- Plan team capacity and hiring as new markets open
What you'll bring
- 8+ years in operations, project or case management, including 4+ years leading distributed teams
- Experience in legal, immigration, relocation or professional services
- A process mindset with sharp attention to detail
- Strong command of metrics and operational tools

- Experience with immigration documents, legalization and apostilles

Compensation
Competitive base salary, based on experience, skills and location. Our HR team will share the pay range for your location on the first call.
Location
This role is based in our office in the US (Austin, TX). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor employment visas for this role.
English is our working language: fluent English (C1 or higher) is required for every role at Murblz.
