About Murblz

Murblz is a technology-driven company in global mobility. We help families, entrepreneurs and investors secure second citizenship, residence permits, tax residency, companies, bank accounts and property abroad. Since 2008 we have resolved more than 4,000 client cases, and we work only through official government programs.

We build our own technology: a multilingual client platform, an in-house CRM and the tools our experts use every day. So a client in São Paulo, Dubai or Tokyo gets the same fast, precise service. Backed by a group of private investors, we're scaling fast and investing in the team that will make Murblz the first name people think of when they plan a life abroad.

The role

Every Murblz case is a project with deadlines, documents, government appointments and several experts. As case coordinator for the UTC+9 time zone, you'll keep each case moving on schedule, from the signed engagement to the approved document.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of client cases from engagement to approval
  • Collect, check and track documents: translations, apostilles, certified copies
  • Book appointments with consulates, government offices, banks and notaries in Tokyo, Seoul and beyond
  • Coordinate lawyers, translators and partners; keep every timeline current in our CRM
  • Update clients at every milestone
  • Flag risks early and come with a solution

What you'll bring

  • Fluent English (C1 or higher); another language from our list is a strong plus
  • 2+ years in project coordination, case management, legal, relocation or concierge services
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Comfort working UTC+9 business hours

Nice to have

  • Experience with immigration documents, legalization and apostilles
  • Experience in a fast-growing company

What we offer

  • Competitive base salary
  • Equity in a growing company
  • Paid time off and local public holidays
  • Health insurance for US employees
  • Home office and equipment budget
  • Annual learning budget
  • Expert guidance on our own programs for team members and their families

Compensation

Competitive base salary, based on experience, skills and location. Our HR team will share the pay range for your location on the first call.

Location

This is a fully remote role open to candidates based in Japan or South Korea. You'll work UTC+9 business hours. You must be legally able to work from your country of residence.

English is our working language: fluent English (C1 or higher) is required for every role at Murblz.
