About the role

The role involves developing technical marketing plans, strategies and campaigns based on deep research into the target audience and competitors. You will implement advanced SEO strategies to grow the company's client base. You will lead a team of SEO specialists, SEO content writers, editors and web developers to reach our digital marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing the SEO strategy
  • Optimizing ROI
  • Defining key SEO KPIs and buyer personas for precise audience targeting
  • Troubleshooting problems and rolling out timely solutions
  • Building a plan to improve performance
  • Working together with web developers and the marketing team
  • Following trends and best practice in SEO and digital marketing
  • Working with the SEO content editor to produce content on time
  • Monitoring the technical health of the company website together with the web developer
  • Planning, creating and managing ad campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads

What we expect from candidates

  • A deep understanding of marketing, conversion and customer acquisition
  • 2+ years of experience with SEO
  • 2+ years of experience in SEM and managing PPC campaigns
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics
  • 1+ year of experience leading a team
